PLACING AN ORDER


You have three options for placing an order:

  • Through your local G&K Representative (if applicable)



Blank GKdirect® Catalog products will leave one of our fulfillment centers within one to three business days after receipt of a completed order and upon final approval of your custom logo (if applicable). Any order that includes embroidery, emblems or screen-printed GKdirect® Catalog products, or items packed by wearer, will leave our fulfillment center within seven to nine business days after receipt of a completed order and upon final approval of your artwork.

You will receive an Order Confirmation within 48 hours via e-mail (if provided). Please reference your 7-digit sales order number if inquiring about your order. You will also receive a Shipping Advisement by e-mail (if provided) when your package has shipped. If you require expedited order processing, outside of the times outlined to the left, additional rush charges may apply.



We offer standard, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air as shipping options. Shipping fees are outlined in the table below.

Yes, volume discounts are available if you meet a certain merchandise purchase order total on GKdirect® Catalog items, starting at $1,000. Meeting this purchase total minimum will qualify your purchase for a standard discount, as specified below. Volume discounts will be applied to the merchandise total, per order, and do not include embellishment, handling, shipping, tax, logo set-up or any other value-added service charges. Volume discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

If you are an active G&K Services rental (GKrental®) customer with established business credit, you may create an account on GKdirect® Catalog and link to your business credit to make purchases online. See How do I create an account? for additional instructions.

If you are not an active rental customer with established business credit, you will need to use a credit card to purchase through GKdirect® Catalog. Simply use your credit card at the time of check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. If you are not an active rental customer and would like to establish business credit with G&K, please call our Customer Service Team at 877-352-8181 between the hours of 8am-7pm ET, Monday-Friday.



A size chart is included on each individual product page of the GKdirect® Catalog website. Click the “Size Chart“ link to see a specific item's sizing information. Follow these instructions to measure for the right fit:



Neck: Measure around the base of your neck (the lowest point of your neck). Take the measurement in inches. Or take a shirt that fits you well and lay the collar flat. Measure the collar from center of top collar button to far end of the opposite button hole.

Bust/Chest: With your arms relaxed at your side, measure the fullest part of your bust/chest under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Make sure to keep the tape parallel to the floor. Measure over clothing.

Sleeve: Put your hand on your hip with your arm bent 90 degrees. Measure from the center of your neck at the back of your collar over the shoulder and along the arm to your wrist bone. Measure over clothing.

Waist: Stand straight and relaxed with your heels together. For women, measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the tape firm, but not too tight. Do not measure over clothing. For men, measure around your waist over a shirt at the area where you would normally wear your pants. Keep one finger between you and the tape measure. This is your waist size. Do not measure over heavy clothing or pants. Keep the tape firm, but not too tight.

Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest/widest part of your hips. Make sure to keep the tape parallel to the floor. Measure over clothing.

Inseam: Take a pair of pants that fit you well. Lay them flat. Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pants. The number of inches to the nearest inch is your inseam length.

Belts: Order 2” larger than your pants waist measurement. For men or women ordering a Scratchless Belt, follow these size recommendations: Small (Waist size 28-33); Medium (Waist size 34-39); Large (Waist size 40-45); and X-Large (Waist size 46-51).


EXISTING ORDERS


Due to immediate systematic processing of orders, an order cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason once it is submitted.



Yes, if you checkout online using your GKdirect® Catalog account. To view previous orders, log in and go to the “My Orders” tab. This will provide a list of all past online orders but will not show orders made via phone or through your G&K Representative. Orders placed online using a guest account are not able to be viewed.

If you are not satisfied with any blank product* in the GKdirect® catalog, simply exchange it or return it for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the item's original ship date. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on product that has been embellished, altered, laundered, worn or otherwise made unsaleable unless the garment is defective in workmanship or materials. If a return/exchange is required, please reference our return instructions below.

*Blank product is defined as items that have not been embroidered, screen-printed or had emblems added to them.

  1. Click Create Account Now in the Catalog Login Section.

  2. Enter your first and last name, and create a login using your email address. Next, choose a password (must be at least 8 characters and it is case sensitive). The email address and password will be your login every time you log in to your account to purchase on the site.

    1. If you would like to link to your existing G&K Services rental account (GKrental®) and access your business credit and/or custom logo designs, you will need either your GKrental® statement that includes your Account Number or your GKrental® Invoice that includes your Customer Number. There are examples on the Create Account page to help you locate these numbers. Once you have entered either your Account Number or Customer Number, click “Validate Account.“ Enter your Delivery Zip Code (this should match the zip code on your invoice) and then check that you have read the Terms & Conditions after you have read them.

      Click “Submit.“

    2. If you do not want to link to an existing G&K Services rental account (GKrental®), simply check that you have read the Terms & Conditions once you have read them. Click “Skip.“

No. You do have the option of checking out as a GKdirect® Catalog guest and we will not store any of your information. Simply use your credit card for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Please see Why should I create an account? for multiple benefits to creating an online GKdirect® Catalog account.



Yes. Simply log in to your GKdirect® Catalog account and click “My Account.“ Click “Change Password” to update your password. Or click “Edit Profile Details” to change your first name, last name, email address or phone number. Click “Update” to save your changes. Please call our Customer Service Team at 877-352-8181, between the hours of 8am-7pm ET, Monday-Friday, for assistance with changing other details.
Unlinking an Account: If you would like to unlink your account, you can do so in the “My Account” section by clicking on the "UNLINK FROM THIS ACCOUNT" button.



Click “Forgot Password,“ enter your email address and click “Submit.“ Your password will be emailed to you shortly.



You may already have an account and just need to log in to access it. Otherwise, you may be entering information in a format that does not work for our system. A Logo Library is where you can access the approved direct embroidery custom logos for your company while shopping our GKdirect® Catalog items online. Once you have created an account, all active custom logos that you have created with us will be shown in your Logo Library. When ordering items, all you have to do is choose a logo from your Logo Library to customize your products. We take care of the rest. Want to add logos to your Logo Library?   2. Submit your logo artwork in .jpg, .png, .tif or .gif format by email to shopgk@gkservices.com. Or, submit a physical sample of your logo artwork to us at:

    Due to color and detail distortion, we can not accept faxed logos.

  3. Within 24-48 hours of receiving your logo, we will email you an electronic simulation to review for color, size and overall design. When all factors meet your satisfaction, please accept the terms stated in the email by typing “accept” in the provided space and “approve” in the provided space and then reply to (or forward) the email to shopgk@gkservices.com. Set-up fees will be charged to you once we have received your approval. If our electronic simulation of your logo does not meet your satisfaction, we ask that you either contact our Customer Team at 877-352-8181 or email us at shopgk@gkservices.com. We will review the work with you and make the necessary changes or adaptations.

  4. Once we receive your approval of the electronic simulation, our design team will create and mail to you an embroidered sample of your logo for final approval. This will show you exactly what the logo will look like once applied to your purchased product(s). Once you have reviewed and approved the sample, we ask that you sign directly on the piece and return it to us at:

    We also ask that you send an email with your approval to shopgk@gkservices.com to allow us to begin processing your order while the sample is in transit. Please forward the original email containing your electronic simulation and type “approve sample” in the body of the email. At this point no further changes can be made to the design.

  5. Once we have your final approval, you may place your order. You will receive an email within 48 hours with the design number, stitch count (which determines application cost) and verification that your logo is ready for use. It will remain in your Logo Library to use as many times as you would like, for as long as you want it to be available.



OTHER

    1. Nike Golf, Eddie Bauer, First Ascent, OGIO and New Era products may only be sold with embellishment.

    2. Nike may prohibit the addition to any Nike garment of any trademark, name, design or logo of an organization, business, school, or team (or for an individual or certain entity) that does not meet certain standards. Please contact your representative with any questions. The decoration of any professional college institution without the prior written authorization of both the owners of such mark, name or logo and/or Nike is expressly prohibited.

    3. All Eddie Bauer products must have a logo containing a corporate or organization name prominently placed on the item. Eddie Bauer prohibits placing logos or emblems on Eddie Bauer products that will negatively impact the Eddie Bauer brand, including, but not limited to, logos or emblems of a pornographic nature, for organizations that promote illegal activities or discriminatory behavior or for competitors of Eddie Bauer identified by Eddie Bauer.

    4. Red House reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any Red House product any mark, name, design or logo that does not meet the high standards of the brand. Please contact your representative with any questions.

    5. New Era reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any New Era product of any mark, name, design or logo that does not meet the high standards of the brand. Please contact representative with any questions.
